Saturdays January 12 and January 19, 9:30-11:00am: Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony
These classes will focus on the principles of Body Comfortable and No Extra. Come and find out about how to work with these principles in class and in life.
Monday January 14: Two classes: 5:30-6:45 and 7-8:30pm Presence in Movement
Tuesday January 15, 5:30-6:45pm: Presence in Movement
Learn Self-Breema, a Breema bodywork sequence, and be introduced to the Nine Principles to support your wish to be present.
Wednesday January 16, 7:30-8:15 and 9:30-10:30am: Two Self-Breema Classes
The movements of Self-Breema exercises support body, mind, and feelings to work together in the direction of increasing receptivity, balance, and openness to life.
Wednesday January 16: Open House: Breema Class 7-8pm, mini-sessions 6:30-7 or 8-8:30 pm
Thursday January 17: Experience Breema: Self-Breema class and mini-sessions 12-1 and 5-6pm
Friday January 18, 7-8pm: The Essential Philosophy of Breema: The Role of the Body in Being Present
Breema's philosophy is both simple and comprehensive. In this presentation, central themes will be examined from Breema's unique perspective and new possibilities presented. Experiential movements exercises will also be included.
