InterPlay co-founders Cynthia Winton-Henry and Phil Porter are artists, teachers, authors and performers. They formed WING IT! Performance Ensemble together which is now in its 23rd year of creating improvised performances. The company weaves together movement, story, sound and live music on a variety of subjects. Their most recent concerts, following the 2012 election were called "Red, Blue, Purple."

They also use InterPlay to promote personal development and community building. Over 1000 people have been trained in various InterPlay leadership programs both in the Bay Area and around the world.
